April Clark

April has been devoted to fitness for over 10 years. She is a former rugby player turned triathlete. Her triathlon training led her to become a spin instructor. She loves bringing the outdoors to her studio training classes, making you feel like you’re in the race of your life. In addition to cycling, April is also an avid runner and weight lifts regularly. She is the mother of three girls and works full time as a high school math teacher.


Aliyah Frumin

As a marathoner and triathlete, Aliyah initially turned to spin as a way to cross train during the winter. She quickly fell in love with the energy and camaraderie, and felt rejuvenated by the feeling of coming out of class drenched in sweat, knowing that she pushed herself to the absolute limit. Now, Aliyah is driven by that passion and desire to push other people to be and feel their absolute best. She motivates others by being positive, having high-energy and playing great music– everything from pop, R&B and rock and roll. Aliyah loves to take her cyclists to another level — while having a great time! She is a certified SPIN instructor from Mad Dogg Athletics.


Ashley Ntansah

Ashley has lived a lifestyle of fitness and good health most of his life and now has dedicated his knowledge and experience to helping everyone live with that same passion. As an athlete and trainer he has over 20 years of experience, and will certainly bring you an amazing class at the studio. Stop in for a Go Mommy or Ride class with Ashley and get ready to work! 


Carrie Jacobson

Carrie has been teaching and training within the fitness industry for almost 20 years, specializing in Pilates, Barre Work, and Cardio Dance formats. She has taught various group exercise classes in both commercial and corporate facilities throughout her extensive career in Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, and NYC; including NBC and American Express. Carrie is also training to compete in her fifth triathlon, and credits her background in Pilates for keeping her strong and injury-free during the racing off-season. Be sure to stop in for one of Carrie’s CandyBarre or Hottie Pilates classes!


Erica Braun

Bringing her sunny and energetic style from the West Coast to Work it Out!! A native of San Luis Obispo California, Erica then moved to Los Angeles to become an actor. Then found her true love as a Spin Instructor and personal trainer. After teaching for 5 years at several gyms on the West Coast. She is ready for the opportunity to teach on the East Coast! As an instructor what inspires her the most is watching people grow physical and emotionally right in front of my eyes. After being a dancer and athlete her whole life. Erica has created a fun, high-energy and challenging workout with a lot of old school hip-hop.


Gina Oakley

Gina, our WiO Client Service Coordinator, is your one-stop for any and all questions you might have on a class, package, membership, or product. She has been an integral part to the WiO team since the doors opened. Gina’s prior career in fashion merchandising has made her a knowledgeable contributor to the WiO blog’s fashion and beauty content. Stop by and chat with her, you will certainly learn something about WiO and much more!


Heather Hamwey

Full-time fitness professional, Heather Hamwey has been Spin certified since 2006. She taught part-time for a few years, then in 2008 left her job in advertising to pursue her passion for Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then she has been instructing ride and group fitness classes, as well as private clients. Heather puts her knowledge and love for fitness to work in all of her WiO classes including Riding High, Ride Mixer and Next Stop: Skinny. She will keep you motivated and energized the entire time!

Julia Fouts

Julia has been a lifelong athlete, competing at the collegiate level. Her passion for sports and fitness continued after college, she coached part-time and went on to achieve certifications in personal training (NASM), spinning, pilates (All-American), and sports-based training. The combination of Julia’s certifications, passion and past history as an athlete, makes her an amazing addition to the WiO studio. She believes creating a balance of barre and sports-based classes can bring a solid fitness routine. Be sure to check out her CandyBarre and Ride classes!

Kaley Skoglund

A recent graduate of Marist College, Kaley recently relocated to Hoboken to work for a tech consulting firm in the city. Her fitness career started during her college years when she taught at both private gyms and on campus. With four years experience as a fitness instructor under her belt, Kaley is excited and ready to bring her love of fitness and dance to WiO! You can find Kaley making it hot in a WiO Zumba class every Wednesday night at 8:20pm!


Kelly Anne Wadler
Find your inner dancer with this Zumba Love and Groove Cycle instructor. Kelly has been intensely trained in many forms of dance since age nine and has received her BFA in Theater Performance from Hofstra University. When she’s not instructing fitness classes, Kelly is Musical Theater and Dance teacher for public/private schools in the NYC area as well as a Certified Health Coach. Kelly’s classes are guaranteed to be an absolute blast where you will leave with an amazing sweat and a smile! 


Pamela Leary

Pam is a professional dancer currently living in Hoboken. After graduating from The University of Delaware she decided to pursue her dream to dance professionally. Recently Pam has traveled to Russia and Canada performing as a principle dancer in The Aluminum Show. Along with a passion for dance, Pam is also a fitness enthusiast. She recently received her personal trainer certification from The National Academy of Sports Medicine along with her SPIN certification from Mad Dogg and is looking forward to changing lives and spreading positivity.


Sherri Satz

Sherri has been an avid fitness enthusiast for as long as she can remember. She has been involved in the fitness industry for seven years teaching various fitness classes including, Total Body, Abs, TRX and Spinning. Sherri took her passion for spinning a bit further, incorporated swimming and running and started doing triathlons. She has completed all distances recently conquering the Lake Placid Ironman.

Taylor Good

Taylor graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication. While at Towson, she worked closely with Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell, former principal with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and Runqiao Du, former principal with the Washington Ballet and The Suzanne Farrell Ballet.

Over the years, Taylor has also trained with Complexions Contemporary Ballet, The Joffrey Ballet School and at the University of the Arts. In addition to her years of performing dance, she also has taught extensively in Towson, Maryland and in her hometown of Bayonne. She recently received her certification in the Booty Barre technique and is excited to inspire the WiO community to find their inner dancer!

Taryn Harlick

Taryn’s love for fitness began as a teenager, and by the time she was a young adult she started her quest to better understand the human body. Now her passion to help others has brought her into a career of fitness.

She holds a variety of certifications including spinning from Mad Dogg Spinning, along with Pilates-Core, and most recently AAAI Bootcamp certified. When Taryn isn’t instructing, she is spending time with her three daughters.
