Overview of Classes


At Work it Out you have freedom to customize your weekly workouts with our handcrafted classes and multiple locations to stay motivated and have fun! Our community of instructors, staff and clients are inviting and encouraging giving you a sense of team camaraderie that you don’t feel at most gyms. We believe that fitness can be fun and not forced.

Our customized classes have grown to include a brand new set of workouts exclusively offered at our Work it Out River location. These classes marry our most popular and challenging workouts with ride, bringing you a full body workout that doesn’t skimp on cardio or toning. Blended Ride is the latest evolution of the Work it Out offering.

We also feature our signature Ride classes that guide your cycling to transform your body, a robust weekly schedule of Toning classes including barre workouts, bootcamps, and circuit training, along with Dance/Core Fusion, encompassing everything from Zumba and Hip-Hop to Pilates and more. For busy moms, we also have Go Mommy classes that allow for moms to take a ride class, while their child has 50-minutes of supervised and organized play at our studios. Of course, which class you choose, is up to you.
