THIS version of the class will have a twist! We will be working out upper body and doing some ab work off the bike in small intervals . Mix it up!
- tots must be strong crawlers to 4 years old
- two tots maximum per adult
- no snacks, drinks or shoes allowed in the mat room
- you may participate even if you forget to bring your tot

Join us for a FREE, no obligation cycle class where you will learn the fundamentals of WiO Ride, our fabulously fat-burning, signature cardio workout. We make proper breathing, bike set up, and hand/body positioning techniques a breeze! But you have to do your own peddling.
